How our program works:

PetroCard offers the most robust statewide access to the fuels and stations you prefer including commercial cardlocks, delivered fuel, and retail station purchases. Our program maximizes your CCA* exemptions whenever and wherever you buy your fuel.
*Under Washington State’s Climate Commitment Act (CCA), emissions generated from Transporting Agricultural Products and in many Agricultural Purposes are exempt from “Cap-and-Invest” fees included in the price of fuel. This includes emissions from all trucks and vehicles used by a “farm fuel user” or third party to transport agricultural products.
